The restaurant had good food, we both ordered simple dishes. Our room had a convenient kitchenette with a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator. The location was excellent, just a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go.

The staff were friendly,room was clean comfy and roomy.

This place is clean and we enjoyed the suite, and its convenient and peaceful location near takeaways was a bonus.

Apartment with kitchen was the best.

we stay because of its closeness to the airport as we had an early flight out of Auckland. Their shuttle was great even at 4.30am. Very friendly staff. Would gladly stay there again

Decent place, pretty tidy, and the staff is super friendly except for the manager 🙄. The building and rooms are nice, and there's enough space for the whole family to chill.

Very clean, very comfortable, quiet, spacious studio unit!! Highly recommended and will definitely stay again :) Added bonus of carparking and shuttle service to/from Auckland Airport.

The location of this place is excellent, being so close to the airport and nearby cafes for convenient meals.

Location was handy to Auckland International Airport and was easy to find and good access to get in and out of. The room was clean and comfortable and though our room was close to a busy road, we enjoyed our overnight stay.

The Front Desk person did not have a pleasant manner, as we arrived at the same time as several other guests and figured she was just a little stressed from having so many people arriving and checking in at once. One of my friends staying in one of the 2 rooms that was booked, arrived before we did & due to her misunderstanding that there were 2 rooms with a max of 4 adults staying as booked she charged our friend as an extra person when there was only 3 adults arriving. It took some heated discussion between her and another person working there for her to see her error and a refund was done the following morning. The cutlery was not in full numbers in one of the rooms, one cup & 2 plates for a one bedroom appartment, we had also booked the other one bedroom appartment, and found the missing cutlery over there, which could probably understand happening when you've got a group of folk booking out the 2 one bedroom appartments and then having the meal in one of the rooms and not returning the cutlery...

This place has newly remodelled rooms with a comfy bed, and it's centrally located, clean, and near Butterfly Creek just 2 miles away.

Arrived at 1500hrs Saturday office locked, 30 minute wait to check in,if hadn't booked online would not have waited, when he did arrive he was very surly.Unit smelt of stale smoke.No towels in unit, Sunday approx1230hrs LOUD ANGRY VULGAR verbal argument between "managers' in carpark outside our unit witnessed by my wife myself and cleaning staff. Paint off wall in unit.Scum on spa bath, not cleaned. Bearing in mind this was their top dollar delux unit.Never again
